Our stress treatment is a course of personal therapy and offers of various physical activities. Stress treatment is also possible in group form, because it can be rewarding to connect with others in the same situation, and therefore we offer you the option to participate in a network – if you have a need and require it.
You should expect an intensive 6-month course and sporadic follow-up over the next 1-2 years.
