You cannot avoid stressful surroundings, but you can strengthen your own ability not to be adversely affected. It is about fundamental characteristics of your personality – among the important things are that you can feel yourself that you can draw boundaries in the right places and in time to distinguish your own needs from others and that you can be in the moment.
Gestalt methodology is about developing personality. During the course, you will get a new look at your personality, and you can work actively with it. We especially focus on the contexts that can strengthen your resilience in relation to external influences, and it makes you much less vulnerable to stress. You will see what is good for you, and where you need to be careful. You learn to set limits without opting out.
