What Is Gestalt Therapy?
Â
Gestalt therapy is a holistic, experiential, and relational approach to awareness, authentic leadership, and personal responsibility.
Rather than analysing life only from a distance, Gestalt focuses on what is happening in the present moment — in thoughts, emotions, the body, communication, and relationships.
At GIS-International, Gestalt learning integrates emotional awareness, embodied presence, authentic communication, relational awareness, creativity, experimentation, and personal responsibility. This creates a learning process that is immediate, practical, personal, and deeply relevant to everyday life and work.
What You Will Experience During the Online Introduction
During the session, you will:
- Learn about the Gestalt approach and experiential learning
- Meet faculty members and participants
- Explore how Gestalt supports personal and professional development
- Ask questions about the learning environment and training pathway
The atmosphere is open, reflective, supportive, and grounded in authentic human contact.
Is Something in You Ready for Change?
You may want to understand repeating relationship patterns, become more grounded and present, communicate with greater honesty and awareness, reconnect with authenticity and direction, deepen your relational and emotional awareness, or explore psychotherapy training.
This introduction offers space to reflect on these questions in dialogue with others.
