Do you ever feel like a part of you is missing? Do you struggle with negative self-beliefs or deep emotions you can’t quite explain?

Our Inner Child Workshop can help you reconnect with your playful, authentic self. This transformative experience will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Reconnect with Your Inner Child:

  • Uncover the Roots: Explore your childhood experiences and identify any past hurts that may impact you today.
  • Release & Reparent: Through gentle relational contact and experiments, release negative emotions and cultivate self-compassion, becoming the loving parent your inner child always craved.
  • Embrace Your Creativity: Reconnect with your playful side and rediscover the joy of self-expression through art, movement, and guided visualizations.

The Workshop is for You If:

  • You experience unexplained emotional responses.
  • You struggle with negative self-talk or limiting beliefs.
  • You crave more joy and connection in your life.
  • You want to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

This workshop is your chance to shed the weight of the past and embrace the vibrant, joyful you that lives within. Learn to forgive, nurture, and empower your inner child, fostering a sense of wholeness and self-love.

The way we work is based on Gestalt methodology principles which in short means that we work relationally in the here and now, focusing on contact.
